Forms of cultural organization have been disagreeable, unstable, and all-too-frequently oppressive and deadly for all of human history, with periodic, incomplete and fragile respites. This is in large part due to lack of awareness about what's been inherited.
The people of planet Earth need to undertake some fundamental discussions about how humans can interact with one another. What is your basic philosophy of human interaction, and how did you arrive at it?
What kind of world do you want to live in?
How might it work? (and this is not about how it “ought” to be)
What principles would it be striving to honor?
Can you get everyone else to agree, and since that's not likely, does your plan allow for, or otherwise de-conflict alternate views and dissidents? What kind of people make it all work? Would you like to be one of them?
Do not presume that the answers are limited to only those things already tried. Don't even presume that you've already encountered all the questions.

The PDF version of this guide is provided with no security, other than the easily-cleared read-only status due to being PDF/A-2b compliant. A-2 was chosen due use of OTF fonts, and 2b (vs. 2u) was required due to the specific DTP platform not yet supporting Unicode SMP, plus suitable fonts not yet populating all needed code points.
Use this metadata to validate that any copies obtained from uncertain sources are authentic.

I presently contribute, under my actual name, to two other sites (one is a family of self-directed healthcare sites, the other a DTP application). I don't plan to discuss this work at either, except insofar as there's topical overlap germane to their missions. I presently do not own, operate, manage or contribute for compensation on any other web sites.
I have never had accounts on any of the major social media sites, closed my LinkedIn account when they sold out, and have not been participating (under real name) on policy-focused social media sites for a decade or more. I do participate from time to time on healthcare and technology sites.
If any of that changes, this page will be updated to acknowledge it. You may otherwise presume that any username or screen name elsewhere that that appears to be me, is not. I don't plan to invest time trying to harmonize any sites publishing their own content regarding anything here.
